4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. In exceptional circumstances, it may take longer.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete. 333eg reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals to review unusual transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 333eg reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on 333eg are considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless required due to a technical issue or an obvious error. 333eg reserves the right to set or change betting limits.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Markets and odds in sports betting are subject to change. All bets must be confirmed before an event begins. If a match is postponed or cancelled, 333eg's decision regarding the relevant bets will be considered final.

6.3 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a connection issue, the 333eg support team will review the situation and make a decision. All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Hedging losses across two or more accounts
